  3. I'm not sure if this is budget or not but try Cappel's downtown on Elm Street. I think it's 9th and Elm.

  4. You get the tulle at JoAnn's or Hancock Fabrics.
JoAnn's sale is usually 2yds/$1; they're having a sale this Friday. Check them out. Probably be able to get ribbon there too. But I would try Michael's before Hobby Lobby for ribbon & flowers.
Another place would be Garden Ridge. It moved over to Tri-County by Galaxy Golf & Dave & Busters, behind Target.
Garden Ridge has A LOT. (got my son's wedding flowers there)
Haven't been here in awhile, but they might be able to help you on some things like plates & tablecloths

  5. JoAnn Fabrics, Michaels, and Hobby Lobby are great for all that stuff. I would also suggest Old Time Pottery for candles, tablecloths and overlays and even your formal plates, bowls and cake plates. I got my cake plates there and they are beautiful.
For some of the other things mentioned, my mom has a ton of wedding stuff we are not using and getting rid of. If you would like more info you can email me through my profile.

  6. I have done votive roses. The votives are the center of the flower. You put about 4 roses in a vase. You could do this in a scent theme. Send me an email to info@sarahsgourmetcandles.com if you have questions.
